That's why we've always been a 100% remote team. Working remote helps us each get closer to achieving what we want out of life. Whether that's' working from home to be closer to family or moving to Vietnam to explore Asia. We all work wherever we'd like—reliable internet access is our only requirement.
We sign into Slack and open up our work tools on the schedule that fits our lives best. We communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take ownership of our work.

Our hiring process isn't exactly a standard one but its not too foreign either. To jump-start the process, we ask applicants to schedule a 60-minute call with one of our strategists. This initial call allows applicants to hear first hand about the work we do, how we do it, and get a feel for our culture. This initial meet and greet also gives us the chance to learn a lot more about you - your passions, your fears, what drives you, and the dreaded "Where do you see yourself in 5 years".
The initial call is followed by a series of practical, hands on activities. An in-basket/in-tray exercise to begin, followed by campaign casework. Both tasks are designed to help applicants get a feel for the type of work they’ll be doing and enable the hiring team better evaluate fit for the role.
To proceed to the hiring stage, candidates will typically have two more video calls. One with the hiring manager or senior executive and another with one of their peers. Throughout the process – we commit to applicants that we will be in touch with them at least once per week while they are going through the hiring process. Our goal is to be able to go through the entire process in 2 - 3 weeks.
